At ECHC we provide vulnerable individuals, primarily those with mental health problems, with short or long term housing and support. We create high quality homes which are combined with innovative and flexible support packages, tailored to each person.

We’ve been providing the service for over thirty years and currently have capacity for  over 100 service users. Due to increased demand, we continue to expand and open, on average, one new home a year.

In partnership with the Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP), the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and Cheshire East, we’ve opened a crisis café, The Weston Hub. This is located in The Weston Centre, which also accommodates ECHC day services. You can access The Weston Hub via the crisis line. whichis for amy individual who needs help, support and advice.

ECHC is a limited company and is registered with the CQC.

Pathways

Planning a pathway
We want to help people progress along a pathway.
Residential support services
We can provide long-term residential accommodation supported by staff 24 hours a day.
Supported housing
Comprised of smaller houses or individual flats, our supported housing option is staffed during office hours (Mon-Fri 9-5) with a 24 hour on–call telephone service.
Floating support
Providing a helping hand when it’s needed most, Floating Support can make all the difference.

Accessing our service

Most of our service users are referred to us by the Community Mental Health Team, a local forum with representatives from the NHS Trust, Social Services, ECHC and other providers; we welcome referrals from any source as long as they are supported by health or social services.

Visits to any of our accommodation can also be arranged – if you would like to see more, we’ll be happy to show you around. Find out more
