Comprised of smaller houses or individual flats, our supported housing option is staffed during office hours (Mon-Fri 9-5) with a 24 hour on–call telephone service. Out-of-hours problems can usually be dealt with over the phone. If not, alternatives can be accessed.
Our aim is to help tenants develop their life skills sufficiently to be able to move on, either to another ECHC property or into totally independent accommodation, generally within a two year time scale depending on individual needs.
