Why use ECHC?

People are at the heart of why we’re here.

Providing the right environment and level of support for our service users takes teamwork and dedication.

All our staff receive a comprehensive induction and are highly trained. Some of our senior staff have NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, the highest level, and as a minimum all staff have, or are working towards, Level 2/3. We also have an excellent ongoing training programme run by professionals in the field.

We’re known for being caring, professional and passionate about helping people; here’s what people with first-hand experience of our service say…

“Thank you so much, I really appreciate you guys moving so quickly to support Rosie.”

“Just a short note to say thank you for all your help with placing Ralf and David. As a care coordinator I always find you and the team to be very supportive and when I arrive at your office with a problem I invariably leave with a solution. I also think that your team provide an excellent service for clients, many with very complex needs and that staff are always prepared to go the extra mile in helping clients attain the best quality of life.”

“ECHC is flexible and creative, and provides help for some extremely vulnerable individuals. They have been asked to do some impossible things on numerous occasions – always with excellent outcomes.”
