We can provide long-term residential accommodation, supported by staff 24 hours a day.The aim is to help people to develop their life skills sufficiently to manage their tenancy, with a view to living independently, where their abilities permit and in line with their needs.
Service users each have their own private bedroom and are encouraged and supported by staff to complete activities of daily living.
“I am writing to let you know how effectively ECHC work in partnership with health and social services… assisting us with creative solutions for service users with high levels of need. Without their input, we would not have resolved some difficult situations.” Local Manager, Mental Health Services.
Our close communication with other organisations and residents, together with our support workers, ensures that we can deliver the best possible service.
“It’s a nice place to live and I enjoy keeping my flat and myself clean and tidy” A service user
Creating an attractive environment that enhances service users’ sense of self worth can play an important part in the success of the support offered to them and helps them continue to live in the community.
