As a Senior Support worker I really enjoy the freedom and autonomy that comes with my role. The career progression opportunities and the on-going development are fantastic. I am fully supported by my senior manager and the CEO. Everyone within the organisation work tirelessly to ensure that we are all striving for our shared vision and common goal of ensuring we deliver the best possible person centred care and meaningful outcomes for our service users.
